Evidence-Based Treatment Approaches
Every person who walks through our doors is different, which is why treatment is tailored to your unique needs and goals. We use evidence-based therapies that have been shown to be effective for OCD, anxiety disorders, and related concerns.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
CBT helps identify the patterns of thinking and behavior that keep you feeling stuck so you can begin responding in ways that move you toward the life you want to live.Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)
The gold standard treatment for OCD and many anxiety disorders, ERP helps you gradually face fears while resisting the compulsions and avoidance that keep anxiety going.Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
ACT helps you build a different relationship with difficult thoughts and feelings so they no longer dictate your choices, allowing you to stay connected to what matters most.Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
When helpful, we incorporate practical DBT skills to strengthen emotion regulation, tolerate distress, and respond more effectively during difficult moments.
Parent-Based Intervention: SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions)
In addition to individual therapy, we offer SPACE training for parents of children and teens with anxiety or OCD. SPACE teaches parents practical ways to respond to anxiety that help their child build confidence over time. One of the unique benefits of SPACE is that parents attend the sessions, not the child, allowing meaningful changes to begin at home.
