Parent Based Intervention:
SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions)
In addition to individual therapy, I offer SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions) training for parents of children and adolescents with anxiety or OCD. This evidence-based approach helps caregivers reduce accommodations while supporting their child’s long-term progress—without requiring the child to attend sessions.
These evidence-based approaches are designed to help you develop coping strategies, reduce avoidance, and engage more fully with your values and goals.
Session Format & Payment
Sessions are offered in 30-, 45-, or 60-minute formats and are available both in-person and via secure telehealth. I do not accept insurance at this time, however I will provide appropriate tools and resources to help guide clients who wish to seek out-of-network reimbursement from insurance.
Please feel free to reach out to learn more about current session options, availability, and how we might work together.
