Practice Guidelines
Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Missed sessions or cancellations without sufficient notice will incur a fee. This policy helps maintain availability for all clients and respects the time reserved for you.
Payment and Fees
Payment is due at the time of service and can be made by credit card or cash. I do not currently accept insurance but can provide receipts upon request to assist with out-of-network reimbursement. I am also available to help provide education and resources to help guide the patient in working with insurance. Sessions are available in 30-, 45-, or 60-minute formats.
Communication Policy
Communication via email and text is limited to scheduling and administrative matters only. Please do not use these channels for emergencies or clinical questions. In case of crisis, contact 911 or your local crisis hotline immediately, as this practice is not equipped for emergency services.
Confidentiality
Your privacy and confidentiality are of utmost importance. Information shared during sessions will remain confidential within the limits of the law. Any release of information requires your written consent, except where disclosure is mandated by law.
